Troubleshooting

No display after connecting power

  1. Use the original cable and a 5 V USB supply rated for at least 1 A. Check both connections.
  2. Press ③ Function once to turn on or temporarily wake the display.
  3. Connect the app and check Power on the Light page.
  4. Check the brightness slider below the color disc and any active period in Setting → Brightness Settings.
  5. Check Setting → Sleep Schedules.

If the display still does not work, contact your seller. Do not disassemble the clock.

My phone cannot find the clock

Check power, phone Bluetooth and app permissions. Tap the Bluetooth status at the top right of the home screen, then refresh Other Devices in Bluetooth List.

Keep the phone close. If another phone is connected, open Bluetooth List on that phone, tap the clock under My Devices, and disconnect it from Device Information. See connection and permissions.

Wi-Fi and Time Settings are missing

Connect the clock first. The Setting page shows a Bluetooth connection card while disconnected; device settings appear after connection.

The app is connected, but network data is unavailable

Connected at the top right means Bluetooth is connected. In Setting → Wi-Fi, check that the clock has joined your network. Then open the data source through Light → Clock mode → Network data mode, run Test, and tap Save and use.

Can I use it without Wi-Fi?

Yes. Time display, saved alarms and sleep schedules work without Wi-Fi, and nearby app controls use Bluetooth. Network time, network data and firmware updates need internet access. You can skip Wi-Fi setup until you need those features.

Wi-Fi connection fails

Check User Wi-Fi, the network name and password, and whether the router's 2.4 GHz network is enabled. Tap Join after entering the password. Enter a new password if it has changed.

See supported networks and the Wi-Fi troubleshooting steps for missing networks, failed joins and internet-access problems.

The time is several hours off

Open Setting → Time Settings, turn off Set Time Manually if you do not need it, and check Time Zone and Daylight Saving for your location.

There is no time-sync button

In automatic time mode, the clock synchronizes with your phone when Bluetooth connects. Phone Time and Network Time are status rows. Turn off Set Time Manually for automatic time; network synchronization also requires Wi-Fi.

Digits keep changing instead of showing the time

Open Light → Clock mode, disable Cycle display, and select Clock. Then open Setting → Time Settings → Display Format, disable Automatic switching, and select Hours, Minutes, Seconds.

The display turns off or dims at night

For a display that turns off, check Setting → Sleep Schedules. For dimming, check the periods in Setting → Brightness Settings. First confirm that the clock's time and time zone are correct.

An alarm did not sound

Open Alarms, check that the alarm is enabled, and check its time, repeat days and sound. Keep power connected and try an alarm a few minutes ahead.

I cannot find the day counters

Open Timer and swipe the tool bar left to find Days left and Days elapsed. After choosing the date, tap Save and display.

A setting did not take effect

Check that the home screen shows Connected. With several clocks nearby, open My Devices and check the connected name. If a page has Save, Save and use or Save and display, tap it and wait for completion. If an error appears, check the connection and retry.

Why are device details and Wi-Fi passwords still in the app after a reset?

A factory reset clears the clock's settings. App preferences, saved passwords and the remembered device are retained.

Update progress appears to have stopped

Check Setting → About. If Check timed out appears, tap Refresh status. Keep power and Wi-Fi stable while waiting. Do not repeatedly disconnect power or reset the clock.

I need more help

Prepare the product name, order details, phone system, app version, firmware version in Setting → About, and the steps and messages involved. Photos or a short video help; hide passwords and private information. See Care and support.
