Positioning and cleaning
- Place the clock on a stable, dry surface, away from liquids and edges where it could be knocked over.
- Support the base when moving it. Do not lift it by the tubes or cable.
- Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep liquids out.
- Stop using the clock and contact support if you notice damage, an unusual smell or another abnormal condition.

Prepare the following to help us identify the problem:
- Product name, seller and order information.
- Phone operating system, app version and clock firmware version.
- Steps that cause the problem, how often it occurs and any message shown.
- Relevant photos or a short video.
